A rare edition of David Cusick’s account of the Iroquois creation story

Four woodcut illustrations. Third edition  RARE. Editions of Cusick seldom appear on the market. Light glue remnants at stitched spine, title page neatly trimmed at top, extremely light toning at margins, else fine.

Cusick was born circa 1780 likely on the Oneida reservation in upstate New York. He was a physician, painter and student of he Iroquois history and culture.
